The father of the girl who died by self-immolation in Odisha's Balasore said she paid the price for speaking up and demanded strict action against everyone involved. He said the "ignorance of many" led her daughter to take such a step, and that the members of the Internal Complaints Committee should also be arrested for inaction on the girl's complaint.
