A woman biker has posted a video of shirtless men hanging out of a car and making obscene gestures at her while she was on a highway in Haridwar. The vehicle appeared to be packed with several men inside. The three accused were arrested, with UP Police sharing a video of them apologising and calling women their mothers and sisters.
