Shiv Sena MLA Sanjay Gaikwad assaulted a canteen staffer for allegedly serving stale food. "The food was old; I vomited after just smelling it and taking a bite," stated the Shinde faction MLA while justifying his belligerent attack on the employee at the MLA canteen in Mumbai. Gaikwad claimed he had previously also complained about the quality of the food.
