TMC MP Kalyan Banerjee on Tuesday criticised Union Minister Shivraj Chouhan over central fund allocation to West Bengal. Banerjee said, "Shivraj Chouhan is 'dalal' for the rich people. He never worked for the poor in Madhya Pradesh." Earlier, TMC MPs staged a protest in Parliament demanding release of Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) funds to West Bengal.
