The Kremlin has reacted after Russia's former Transport Minister Roman Starovoit died by suicide hours after President Vladimir Putin sacked him. Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said, "It can't help but shock normal people. Naturally, it shocked us too." Peskov added that Putin had been briefed on the incident and an investigation is underway.
