A shopkeeper dumped garbage on a road in Assam's Tinsukia town, after which a team of civic officials confronted him. Upon questioning, the man identified his nearby shop as the source of garbage. The next morning, workers returned with a JCB and unloaded a heap of garbage in front of the closed shop. A video of the same went viral.
