Mumbai-based Shortgun Games has secured $1 million in seed funding to develop a cinematic third-person shooter for global audiences. Co-founded by the creators of Rogue Heist, the studio aims to deliver a high-quality 'vertical slice' as proof of concept. With plans to raise $5 million more, Shortgun hopes to establish India’s first globally recognised story-driven shooter franchise.
