Shubman Gill has been unveiled as the captain of Gujarat Titans (GT) after Hardik Pandya was traded to Mumbai Indians (MI) in an all-cash deal. Shubman had joined GT in their inaugural season in 2022. In a message for Hardik following the trade, GT tweeted, "Farewell and best wishes on your next journey. Go well, HP!"
