Singapore in March, confirmed the purchase of eight F-35A jets, adding to 12 F-35Bs, bringing the RSAF’s fifth-generation fleet to 20 by 2030. They increased their defence budget by 12.4% to nearly $17.3 billion, which supports multiple significant acquisitions such as submarines, infantry vehicles, upgraded rocket launchers, anti-UAS systems, and MRCVs.
