After the Air India plane crash in which 241 people died, Ahmedabad Municipal Commissioner Banchha Nidhi Pani said that they ensured that the victims' families did not have to visit multiple offices for death certificates. He said, "A single-window system was created (at the hospital)...and the death certificates were issued then and there." The flight was bound for London.
