The Baggy Green cap worn by Sir Don Bradman during 1946-47 Ashes has been bought by National Museum of Australia for $286,700 (over ₹2.5 crore). The cap was bought by Canberra museum, with the federal government paying half of that price. "This purchase safeguards an important piece of our national history for future generations," Australia's Arts Minister Tony Burke said.
