Election Commission of India (ECI) has issued a stern warning to Booth Level Officers (BLOs) in West Bengal after receiving complaints that people are rushing to street corners, tea stalls, and local clubs to obtain the enumeration forms for the Special Intensive Revision (SIR). The BLOs have been reminded that they should distribute enumeration forms only by visiting voters' homes.
