Assam Police’s SIT, with help from Singapore Police, has arrested Shyamkanu Mahanta and Zubeen Garg’s manager Siddhartha Sharma in connection with the singer’s death. Mahanta was flown from Singapore to Delhi, while Sharma was nabbed in Rajasthan. Both face charges under BNS, 2023, and are being taken to CID HQ in Guwahati for interrogation.
