Meghalaya's East Khasi Hills SIT chief Herbert Pyniaid Kharkongor said the team is heading to Ghazipur to formally arrest Sonam, accused of hiring men to kill her husband, Indore man Raja Raghuvanshi, and take her transit remand. "Four persons...have been arrested and will be produced before...the respective courts...We will get their transit remand to bring them to Shillong," he added.
