Researchers found that skipping breakfast and eating late dinners are independently linked to a higher risk of osteoporotic fracture (a fracture caused due to weak bones). The study, published in Journal of the Endocrine Society, also associated these eating habits with young age, smoking, alcohol consumption, less exercise and less sleep. It analysed lifestyle habits of 9,27,130 participants.
