Comcast-owned Sky is reportedly in talks to buy ITV media and entertainment arm for over $2.1 billion, Bloomberg reported. The division includes ITV streaming and free TV channels. AJ Bell Dan Coatsworth called the offer a Christmas come early surprise, noting ITV Studios unit was expected to draw takeover interest instead.
