Slack is testing an update for Slackbot that transforms it into a personalised AI assistant. Slackbot, which can currently deliver reminders and notifications, will be able to create custom plans, organise a product’s launch plan inside a Canvas and create a social media campaign using a brand’s tone. The update will help Slackbot search through a workspace using natural language.
