Sleeping late may raise heart attack risk: Study

Staying up late can put a person's heart at risk, said a study published in 'Frontiers'. The research warned that people who go to bed after 11 pm have a higher chance of developing heart-related problems, including heart attacks. It added that irregular sleep schedules can disrupt body's internal clock, increase blood pressure, and elevate stress hormones.
