Israeli government spokesperson David Mencer has addressed the criticism after an Israeli strike on a Gaza hospital killed 20 people, including five journalists. "Journalism is a noble profession but many journalists who have reported from Gaza, so-called journalists are simply terrorists with a press vest on," said Mencer.
