In a major boost for connectivity, Solapur will soon get flights to Mumbai and Bengaluru starting October 15, Union Minister Murlidhar Mohol announced. The service, inaugurated by CM Devendra Fadnavis, will operate four days a week. With fixed timings, this marks Solapur's second air link after Goa, following the airport's ₹60 crore renovation in 2024.
