Director Rajiv Rai, who left India and moved to the UK after being threatened by underworld don Abu Salem, recently claimed that many actresses were in touch with underworld dons in the past. He said, "I've never taken money from any underworld person...Some of the girls were in touch with them...[Dons called] producers to [cast] their loved ones in films."
