Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has said that some devotees have been seriously injured due to stampede near the Sangam at Maha Kumbh. He added that the devotees were trying to cross the barricades when the incident occurred. He further urged devotees and saints to not pay attention to rumours and follow the instructions given by the administration.
