Automotive parts manufacturer Sona Comstar sent a cease-and-desist letter to Rani Kapur, the mother of ex-Chairman Sunjay Kapur, amid a ₹30,000-crore property dispute. The letter said Rani had defamed the company and caused it damage. She had demanded that Sona Comstar postpone its AGM, claiming she was coerced into signing documents she didn't understand, and wasn't given time to comprehend.
