Climate activist Sonam Wangchuk and his supporters sat on an indefinite fast in Delhi's Ladakh Bhavan after not getting a response from the Central government for a meeting to discuss their demands, including statehood for Ladakh. "We have finally decided to start our fast here at Ladakh Bhavan...where I was virtually detained for the last 4 days," Wangchuk said.
