BJP's Amit Malviya has said that Congress leader Sonia Gandhi's name was added to the electoral rolls twice before she legally became the citizen of India. "First as an Italian citizen in 1980, and then again in 1983, months before she legally became a citizen of India," Malviya wrote while sharing a picture of an extract from 1980 electoral roll.
