Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin spoke to the family of the 29-year-old security guard who died in police custody in Sivaganga district. "I am very sorry, I have asked for action to be taken, serious action. Stay strong," he told the family in Tamil during a telephonic conversation. Stalin has handed over the case to the CBI.
