West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has said that Sourav Ganguly was supposed to be ICC Chairman today, adding that while he may not hold the post now, he would "definitely" do so in the future. "It's not that easy to stop him," Mamata added. She further said, "Who better than him was qualified to be the ICC President?"
