South Korean Navy on Thursday said a maritime patrol aircraft with four people on board crashed near a military base in the southern city of Pohang. Eyewitnesses reported seeing smoke rising from the mountains where the plane reportedly crashed. Navy said it is probing the reason of the crash and working to determine the status of the four people.
