Home Minister Amit Shah on Wednesday said that southern states will not lose even one seat on account of delimitation, originally scheduled for 2026. "Whatever increase is there, southern states will get a fair share," Shah stated. His statement comes a day after Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin called an all-party meeting on March 5 to discuss delimitation.
