UP Assembly LoP and SP leader Mata Prasad Pandey said that police stopped him and SP delegation from visiting the tension-hit Bareilly amid the 'I love Muhammad' row. "This was not a communal riot...Police have themselves ruined the law and order situation," he said. "To hide their own shortcomings, they are not allowing us to go there," he added.
