A Mumbai court on Tuesday granted anticipatory bail to SP MLA Abu Azmi in a case against him for his praising remarks on Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb. The court has imposed a set of conditions and directed to furnish a solvent surety bond of ₹20,000 for his release. The case was registered at south Mumbai's Marine Drive police station against Azmi.
