A Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been formed to probe Panipat gangrape incident. This includes local police and CIA units. Panipat SP Bhupender Singh and the crime unit visited the site near the tracks where the woman was found. Police are now examining CCTV footage and questioning locals to gather clues about the attackers and their movements.
