A disturbing incident surfaced from Telangana's Jagtial, where a specially-abled man was forcibly removed from the Collector's office by staff. The incident, which took place during a public grievance session, was recorded on camera. The man has been identified as Raja Gangaram. He was reportedly demanding a road to his home for the past eight years.
