A 44-year-old man died and his 14-year-old daughter was injured after a speeding water tanker hit them in Nalasopara East near Mumbai on July 31. Victim Sandeep Shankar Khambhe was escorting daughter Kanika to school when the crash occurred. The driver fled without helping, police said.
