Bengaluru-based fintech startup Spense has secured $1.85 million in pre-seed funding led by GrowthCap Ventures. Founded by ex-Uber and BNP Paribas executives, Spense is developing programmable banking and card infrastructure for regulated financial institutions. The funds will expand partnerships, boost R&D & enhance its platform, aiming to power the next wave of India’s digital credit evolution.
