SpiceJet has sealed a lease agreement to induct five Boeing 737 aircrafts into its fleet by October 2025 in a bid to ramp up capacity ahead of the winter rush and early summer demand in 2026. The aircrafts will be bought in on a damp lease basis, meaning the operational crew will be shared between SpiceJet and the leasing partner.
