SpiceJet finalised a lease agreement to induct one wide-body Airbus A340, a key milestone. This will boost capacity to meet rising passenger demand. The airline is in advanced discussions to lease a second A340. 18 Boeing 737 aircraft, including four 737 MAX, are set to join the fleet starting October 2025. This allows the airline to tap into new markets.
