Telangana Congress chief Mahesh Goud on Sunday reacted to the India–Pakistan Asia Cup 2025 match, saying, "Sports should not be mixed with politics." He added, "BJP is playing very low-level politics, and the country will teach them a lesson." Other political leaders also criticised the match between both the nations, saying, "Blood and cricket can't flow together."
