Spotify says it has removed 75 million spam tracks in a year amid a surge in AI-made music. The platform will label AI use via the DDEX standard, require disclosures from labels, and ban unauthorised voice cloning and deepfakes. New filters target mass uploads and ultra-short tracks. The aim, it says, is restoring trust not penalising responsible AI.
