The Delhi HC said spreading radical ideology through social media platforms constitutes a punishable offence under Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA). The court made the observation while dealing with alleged LeT overground worker Arsalan Feroze Ahenger's plea against trial court's order that refused to grant him bail. Ahenger was accused of sharing radical content on social media.
