This marks the third-lowest December temperature in Srinagar in 133 years. South Kashmir’s Shopian and Anantnag recorded even harsher temperatures at -10.4⁰C and -10.5⁰C respectively, while the minimum temperature at Pulwama settled at -10.3⁰C and -6.8⁰C in Kulgam.
