Union Minister Amit Shah said Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin has no right to dub bill for removal of PM, CMs, Ministers facing serious criminal charges as 'black bill'. He cited example of DMK's V Senthil Balaji who continued as minister when he was jailed due to an ED case. Shah said DMK led the "most corrupt" government in India.
