At least six people died after a stampede-like situation took place at the Maa Mansa Devi temple in Uttarakhand's Haridwar on Sunday. Garhwal Division Commissioner Vinay Shankar Pandey said the situation developed after a huge crowd gathered at the temple. Several people were also injured as visuals showed a child, likely injured in the stampede, being treated at the hospital.
