Amid pager and walkie talkie explosions in Lebanon, Israel's Defense Minister Yoav Gallant has declared the start of a "new phase of the war" as the country turns its focus toward the northern front against Hezbollah militants. However, Gallant made no mention of the explosions of electronic devices in Lebanon. He praised the work of Israel's army and security agencies.
