Stephen Colbert, who won the 'Outstanding Talk Series' award for 'The Late Show with Stephen Colbert' at the 2025 Emmys, dedicated the award to his late executive assistant Amy Cole. Cole, who was Colbert's assistant for 16 years, died in March 2024 at the age of 53, following a brief illness. Colbert also got a standing ovation at the Emmys.
