BJP's Amit Malviya criticised Congress after it targeted party MP Shashi Tharoor over his surgical strike remark. "Congress must stop berating its MP simply because he's speaking for India," Malviya said. Tharoor had stated that the Army breached the Line of Control for the first time in 2016 to carry out Uri surgical strikes. Congress called Tharoor "BJP's super spokesperson".
