An engineering student has been arrested for Cyber fraud by issuing fake traffic challan and duping people in Kolkata. Accused Shovan Santra was held by Bidhannagar Police. A complaint was filed with Bidhannagar Cyber Crime Police Station last month. Complainant alleged he received a challan from a traffic police station after which ₹40,000 was deducted from his bank account.
