Students and staff of Maharshi Devraha Baba Medical College in Uttar Pradesh's Deoria were reportedly using water from the tank that had a decomposed body inside it for nearly 10 days. The development came to light after a foul odour was reported from water which prompted cleaning staff to inspect a cemented tank on the fifth floor.
