Students at Jain University on Thursday staged a protest after boycotting classes, demanding strict action against the Head of Department (HoD) who has been booked by the Tilak Nagar police for allegedly sexually assaulting a BCA student. The accused, identified as Sanjeev Kumar Mondal, had allegedly invited the student to his residence under the pretext of having lunch with his family.
