Study reveals benefits of drinking more water on a daily basis

A new study from the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) found that drinking eight cups of water a day significantly lowered one's chances of getting kidney stones. The researchers added that evidence also suggested that drinking about six cups of water a day helped adults lose weight.
